I started my first home services business in 1999. I was seventeen years old. Everything I know about houses I learned in a thirty mile radius of Cuyahoga Falls.

In twenty-seven years I have personally remodeled or built more than four hundred homes. I have seen what happens when a homeowner hires the wrong contractor. When they do the kitchen before fixing the foundation. When they spend $40,000 on a bathroom they described from memory to someone who never measured the room. When they get three bids from strangers on the internet and pick the lowest one and regret it.

I also know what it takes to do the work. My wife Erin and I spent three years restoring a farmhouse in Northampton that was originally built in 1834. By hand. Every system. Every finish.
