HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
Before anyone sets foot in your house, we do. Every room measured. Every system documented. Every project scoped with a real budget. Your home has a complete record before a single contractor is called.
These are not database listings. These are the roofers, plumbers, and finish carpenters I have worked alongside for years in Summit County. I know their crews. I know their work. I have been inside homes they touched. When I send someone to your house, I am putting my name behind them.
We don't hand you off. We coordinate every referral, oversee every project, and stay your single point of contact for as long as you own the house. One relationship. Everything your home will ever need.
HOW IT WORKS
No contractor roulette. No explaining your house from scratch. Just one relationship that knows your home better than you do.
Tell us about your house, your plans, your worries, and your timeline. We ask the questions no one else thinks to ask. Half the time we solve problems right there on the call. The other half, we schedule a visit.
A 2 to 3 hour walkthrough. Every room measured to one eighth of an inch. Every system photographed and documented. A 3D scan of the exterior. A full 360 degree interior tour. Most clients tell us this is the first time anyone has ever truly paid attention to their home. We answer questions as we go. Value starts on day one.
Your private portal goes live. Every cost. Every detail. Every risk. Every plan. A 10-year roadmap you can drag and drop. An AI concierge trained on your home. Pre-scoped budgets for every project you have been thinking about. For the first time, you know exactly what you have.
Call, text, or ask your portal concierge. We coordinate the right person from our vetted local network, brief them on your home before they arrive, and oversee the work. You don't manage contractors. We do.
INSIDE THE PORTAL
Not a written report. A living, browsable, evolving record of your house, with a concierge that knows it as well as we do.
Open the portal on any device. The dashboard greets you with the state of your house today: open projects, upcoming maintenance, the next replacement on the horizon, your current capital plan.
It is the homepage for your most expensive asset.
The Living Home Record is your house, page by page. Foundation, framing, envelope, roof, mechanicals, finishes, exterior, lot. Each section is its own deep dive with photos, diagrams, condition notes, and recommendations.
Browse it like a book. Search it like a database.
Every room is documented in full. Dimensions, ceiling heights, finishes, fixtures, appliances, conditions, ages. Photographs taken with intention. Notes from someone who has remodeled four hundred homes.
When a contractor needs to quote your kitchen, they do not need to come measure. They already have everything.
For every major system and component in your home, we provide a detailed scope of work and a proposal-grade budget. Furnace. Roof. Water heater. Windows. Driveway. Each category, each project, each section, each system gets its own briefing.
When the day comes, you do not start from zero. You hand the briefing to a vetted Trade Partner and the conversation begins at the answer.
The kitchen you have been thinking about for three years. The primary bath. The basement. The addition. We turn those daydreams into real, scoped projects with realistic budgets, sequence notes, and references to your existing systems.
No more wondering "what would that even cost?" The answer is in the portal.
Every replacement and every vision project laid out across a decade. Drag the kitchen from year 2 to year 5 and watch a 3% inflation adjustment recalculate. Push the roof out a year. Pull the bath in. Stress test the whole plan against your real life.
It is the strategic financial planning roadmap homeowners have never had, until now.
Gutters. HVAC tune-ups. Chimney sweeps. Lawn. Pest. Driveway sealing. We track every recurring service your home needs, when it was last done, and who did it. One register, always current.
WHAT YOU GET
The Home Clarity Report is not a PDF. It is a 60 to 80 section live, interactive, AI-driven portal where the AI is trained on your home, and HBC is trained on your home.
A complete, browsable record of your home. Foundation to finishes, updated every time we work on the house.
Every room, measured to one eighth of an inch. Drawn to scale. The plans your contractors will actually use.
A scanned, dimensional model of your house and lot. Roof pitches, elevations, setbacks, the works.
A walk-through of every interior space. Look up, look around, zoom in. The next owner will love this too.
A detailed scope of work and proposal budget for every category, project, section, and system in the house.
Drag-and-drop financial planning. Push a project out a year and watch 3% inflation recalculate the budget.
Every recurring service tracked. When it was last done. Who did it. What it cost. When it is due again.
Ask anything. The Concierge knows your floor plan, your systems, your scopes, your budgets, your history.
THE AI CONCIERGE
The Concierge is a conversational AI trained on your home's floor plans, systems, scopes, budgets, and full project history. It does not hallucinate. It cites the section of your portal where the answer lives.
For everything it can't answer, there is Adam.
MEET ADAM
I started my first home services business in 1999. I was seventeen years old. Everything I know about houses I learned in a thirty mile radius of Cuyahoga Falls.
In twenty-seven years I have personally remodeled or built more than four hundred homes. I have seen what happens when a homeowner hires the wrong contractor. When they do the kitchen before fixing the foundation. When they spend $40,000 on a bathroom they described from memory to someone who never measured the room. When they get three bids from strangers on the internet and pick the lowest one and regret it.
I also know what it takes to do the work. My wife Erin and I spent three years restoring a farmhouse in Northampton that was originally built in 1834. By hand. Every system. Every finish. I know what it feels like to live in a project, make hard decisions without enough information, and wish someone who actually knew what they were doing was in your corner.
Nobody was helping them think it through. Nobody knew their house. Nobody was in their corner before the contractor showed up.
That is the problem HBC exists to solve.
On the other side of that same problem are the trade partners, the roofers, plumbers, and finish carpenters I have worked alongside for decades. Good craftsmen who spend half their day driving to jobs that were never properly scoped, quoting work that was never properly explained, and losing bids to someone cheaper who will do it wrong. They deserve better clients. Pre-qualified. Pre-documented. Ready to move.
HBC sits in the middle of that relationship. We build the digital twin. We scope the work. We brief the contractor. We stay the advisor. Homeowners stop doing things in the dark. Trade partners stop wasting time. Everyone wins.
I live here. My wife Erin and I are raising four kids in Woodridge schools. I coach. I sit on local boards. I shop at the same hardware stores my clients do. This is not a platform. This is my community.
